Complete Machu Picchu Tour 2 days/1 night
A complete two day visit to Machu Picchu, the “7th Wonder of the World”. This tour gives you many options to explore the different parts of Machu Picchu, including a climb up the mountain of Huayna Picchu and a short trek to the Incan Bridge.
This also give you plenty of time to take photos of the spectacular archeological site. Your expert guide, Flavio, will give you advice, tips and tricks to help you make the most of the opportunities you have and capture beautiful photos. Landscape photography will be the primary focus, but you will also have the chance to work on your macro, flora, fauna, sunset and, on the second day, sunrise skills too. Flavio will suggest new techniques and different angles to you while explaining the history of the ruins in his unique blend of photography masterclass and exciting guided tour. Day 1: Cusco - Agua Calientes - Machu Picchu - Aguas Calientes
Great chance for landscape, flora & sunset photography
We start with an early morning transfer from your hotel to the Cusco or Ollantaytambo train station (upon request or due to availability) where you will catch your train to Aguas Calientes. This is a train journey where you will enjoy breathtaking views from the highlands to the Sacred Valley and a trip along the Vilcanota river. Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes we will transfer you to the hotel of your choice. In the afternoon we highly recommend the guided tour around Machu Picchu ruins because it is not as crowded as in the morning. You will definitely enjoy more of the tour in the afternoon. Our professional tour guide will show you around the archeological citadel of Machu Picchu including its temples, terraces, aqueducts, houses and more. After the guided tour you will return to your hotel. (L / D)
Day 2: Aguas Calientes - Machu Picchu - Cusco
Great opportunity for landscpae, flora & sunrise photography
Today you have the whole day to explore Machu Picchu at your leisure. This is also a great opportunity to climb the Huayna Picchu Mountain for an amazing view of the Machu Picchu citadel from the top. Considered as a difficult hike, this option is really worth it if you want to challenge yourself. Otherwise, you have plenty of options for hiking and exploring different areas of the Machu Picchu citadel. During the afternoon, we have a transfer back to Aguas Calientes to catch our train service back to Ollantaytambo, or Cusco. Finally we will transfer you to your hotel. (B / L)
* People who want to visit Huayna Picchu must let us know as soon as they can, because according to new rules, there is a limit of people (400) per day that can climb it.
